LesenAI was created for the people who make things happen—operations managers, product leads, and decision-makers who face an endless stream of messages, updates, and alerts every day. In high-stakes environments like manufacturing and fast-paced teams, a missed email or delayed escalation could mean lost revenue or production downtime.
Communication wasn't the issue. Too much of it, spread across too many tools, was.
LesenAI set out to solve a deceptively hard problem: How can we help leaders act faster on what matters—without asking them to read everything?

From the onset, our collaboration with Lesen was focused on reducing operational inefficiencies, enable leaner operations and demonstrate the 'real world AI' in high stakes communication. This set the foundation for the following UX goals:
